Forester Technology Corp. ("we", "us", "our") operates CloudGenticAI.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By using CloudGenticAI.com, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth or email/password). If you sign up via Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Subscription & Billing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with your subscription status, plan type, and billing history.
AI Provider Credentials (BYOK)
If you connect your own AI provider account (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), your API keys or OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and stored only to enable your AI agent. We never use your credentials for any purpose other than powering your agent.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage logs including page views, feature usage, and error reports to improve the Service. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Chat & Agent Data
Messages sent through your AI agent (via web chat, Telegram, Discord, or other channels) are processed within your isolated container. We do not read, analyze, or share your conversation content.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provision and operate your private AI agent container
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To inject your AI provider credentials into your container
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
- To diagnose technical issues and improve the Service
4. Data Isolation
Each subscriber's AI agent runs in an isolated Linux container (LXC) with its own filesystem, network namespace, and process space. Your data, files, conversations, and credentials are not accessible to other subscribers. Containers are destroyed when a subscription is cancelled and the billing period ends.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication — account sign-in (Google OAuth, email/password)
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI providers — when you connect via BYOK, your requests are sent directly to the provider you selected
Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Google User Data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
When you connect a Google account to the CloudGentic Gateway, we access your Google data (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) only with your explicit authorization and solely to perform the actions you or your AI agent request through the Gateway. CloudGentic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security or legal reasons, or as necessary to operate and maintain the Service. You can disconnect a Google account at any time, which immediately revokes the Gateway's access; access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to fulfill your requested actions.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, HTTPS/TLS for all connections, network-level isolation between subscriber containers, and a dedicated firewall (pfSense) managing inter-container traffic. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your container and its data are destroyed at the end of the billing period. Account records (email, subscription history) are retained for up to 12 months after cancellation for billing and legal compliance purposes.

10. Children's Privacy
