CloudGenticAI.com is a managed cloud hosting platform for autonomous AI agents. Each subscriber gets a private container running OpenClaw with connections to Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, and web chat.
How do I connect my own AI provider (BYOK)?
Go to Dashboard > Settings and select your AI provider. You can paste an API key or sign in with OAuth (for supported providers like OpenAI). Your credentials are encrypted and injected directly into your private container.
Which AI models are available?
The free tier includes Gemini 2.5 Flash. With BYOK, you can use models from OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-5), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini Pro), Groq, DeepSeek, and Mistral.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each subscriber runs in an isolated container. Your conversations, files, and API keys are not shared with other users. API keys are encrypted at rest.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard > Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel through our Stripe billing portal. Your container will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I use my ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
Yes. For OpenAI, you can sign in with OAuth to use your existing subscription. For other providers, paste your API key in the Settings page.
